With deep on-the-ground experience in Southeast Asia, APAC Advantage supports partner and supplier selection, onboarding, and coordination across local service providers. This includes helping clients set up practical operating structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish routines to work under real events.
Our role does not end with recommendations, we stay involved through continuous follow-ups, issue resolution, and delivery management until the setup runs reliably.

Lukas Faxå
Partner
Lukas has experience across operations, strategy, and commercial execution. He has held senior roles including Country Manager for a management consultancy, PMO leadership in an international public-company sale, and Vice President RevOps at a fintech company. Lukas holds a degree in Retail Management from Stockholm School of Economics and brings experience from China and Vietnam, supporting operations, market expansion, and sourcing initiatives.

Marcus Sohlberg
Partner
Marcus brings over a decade of on-the-ground experience in China and Vietnam, with a background in technical-commercial project leadership and supply chain. He has held senior roles across industry and consulting, supporting SMEs and multinational companies with market entry, operational improvement, and supply chain initiatives. Marcus holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Sean Caricola
Partner
With more than a decade of experience in logistics and commercial operations, Sean has led warehousing, distribution, and network development across multiple countries. As former Country Head of Sales in Vietnam, he brings senior leadership experience alongside deep operational expertise. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in International Business from RMIT University, Australia.
