    What we collect

    If you contact us, we collect your name, email, company, and your message, so we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in maintaining business records (Art 6(1)(f)).

    If you accept analytics cookies, we collect technical and usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent (Art 6(1)(a)).

    If you accept visitor identification cookies, we use Apollo.io to identify which companies visit our site. It places an anonymous identifier in your browser and records the pages you view, then matches this against its business database. Legal basis: consent (Art 6(1)(a)).

    We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

    If we contacted you first

    We obtained your professional contact details from Apollo.io, a business contact database, and typically hold your name, job title, employer, and work email. We contact you in your professional capacity to introduce our consulting services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in B2B outreach (Art 6(1)(f)).

    Who we share it with

    We operate from Hong Kong and Vietnam, and some of our providers are based outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
