What we collect
If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, company, email and message, and any of the following you choose to give: phone number, job title, company website, market of interest, service of interest and preferred contact method. We also record the page you sent the form from. We use this to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in maintaining business records (Art 6(1)(f)).
If you download one of our guides, we collect your email address and which guide you downloaded. Legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in following up on your interest in our services (Art 6(1)(f)).
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect technical and usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent (Art 6(1)(a)).
If you accept visitor identification cookies, we use Apollo.io to identify which companies visit our site. It places an anonymous identifier in your browser and records the pages you view, then matches this against its business database. Legal basis: consent (Art 6(1)(a)).
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
If we contacted you first
We obtained your professional contact details from Apollo.io, a business contact database, and typically hold your name, job title, employer, and work email. We contact you in your professional capacity to introduce our consulting services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in B2B outreach (Art 6(1)(f)).
To stop this, reply to any email, use the unsubscribe link, or write to info@apacadvantage.com. We will remove you permanently.

Who we share it with
Only providers who help us operate: our website host (Lovable), our database provider (Lovable Cloud, which stores contact form and guide download submissions), Google (Analytics), Apollo.io, and our email provider, each under a data processing agreement. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
We operate from Hong Kong and Vietnam, and some of our providers are based outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable. How long we keep it
Enquiries: 24 months from last contact. Guide downloads: 24 months. Prospect details: 12 months. Analytics: 14 months. Visitor identification data: 12 months. Opt-outs: kept indefinitely, so we don't contact you again. Client records: as set out in the client contract and applicable law.
Your rights
You can request access to your data (including its source), correction, deletion, restriction, or portability.
